By placing an order with Enamelware Hire, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. Please take the time to read these through to the end.

Hire Period

Our Standard hire period is 3 days (normally to include delivery the day before your event and collection the day after).  Longer periods can be arranged if required but this may incur an additional cost.  Items remain the property of Enamelware Hire at all times.

Delivery and Collection

We deliver and collect orders over £100 free of charge within 15 miles of Hindhead, Surrey. Smaller orders are charged at 45p per mile on both delivery and collection. Or can be collected from our Surrey base. 

Second or subsequent deliveries or collections as a result of lack of access will be charged at 45 per mile. 

Waiting time will be charged at £25 per hour

Deposit

To secure your order a non-refundable £50 deposit is required at the time of booking.  The balance (plus a damage/missing items deposit of £100) is due 28 days before the event.  The damage /missing items deposit will be returned within 7 days of the event, less any charges for danaged or missing items as detailed below.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 28 days before the event will be charged at 50% of the total order value. 

Packaging

All items will be delivered clean,  packed in suitable boxes.  Bubble wrapping should be returned separately in the bags provided.  Following the event, hire equipment should be returned un-washed (having removed excess food and liquid), individually and packed in the original boxes.  Customers should not wash the equipment before collection.  Under no circumstances should any of the equipment be put into a dishwasher*, oven or microwave.

*Cutlery can be dishwashed. 

Breakages, Damage and Missing Items

In the event of loss, damage or breakage, items will be charged as follows:

• Cups – £5 per item

• bowls and plates – £7 per item

• Serving Dishes – £10 per item

• Teapots or their lids – £35 per item

• Tumblers - £5 per item 

• Jugs - £15 per item 

• Cutlery £1 per item 

• Packing crates/ boxes - £35 per item 

(Please note that any damaged or broken items should be wrapped and returned.)

Liability

Whilst every effort will be made to fulfill your order, Enamelware Hire regret that should circumstances beyond our control prevent this from happening, our liability will be limited to the value of the order.  No damages will be paid in respect of alternative arrangements you may make, or losses you may incur.

Enamelware Hire accept no responsibility in the event of any injury or damages caused to any person or premises by the hire equipment.
